Every month we've posted our list of best dressed celebrities--from the pop stars who really worked the red carpet to actresses whose off-set style caught our eye. Recently, though, we've run into a problem: There's just too many stylish celebs to pack into one measly month! Which is why from now on we'll be posting a best dressed list, filled with your favorite stars, every week! So who caught our fashion fancy this week? Jessica Szohr and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World star Mary Elizabeth Winstead went for subtle sex appeal in outfits with some sheer details like lace or mesh. Olivia Palermo, Penn Badgley and 30 Rock cutie Katrina Bowden all brought some fresh style to Target's fashion spectacular event that literally lit up NYC with a 14-storey light show kaleidoscope and fashion show at the Standard NYC, while Miranda Cosgrove and Jessica Lowndes showed off their style (and legs!) in short, sweet frocks! Though Piranha 3D isn't quite our style (prehistoric fish, blood, spring break partying... ew), Jessica Szohr's outfit certainly is. The Gossip Girl star looks regal in a red Notte by Marchesa dress. When wearing a show-stopping dress, it is important to wear muted accessories. Jessica accomplishes this by pairing her frock with a simple champagne clutch and metallic gold pumps. It's a good thing red looks good on Jessica because by the looks of the trailer, it's the color she sports for most of the film.
