Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner are slowly letting the world more into their relationship. After two-ish years of ~very~ lowkey dating, the pair have slowly started to lean into their relationship while out in public.
The PDA has ramped up a ton from their appearance at the 2025 Golden Globes to now at the BAFTAs. And to make this London outing even more interesting, the pair stepped out wearing matching $40,000 Cartier rings because nothing says public display of affection like his and hers jewelry.
Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet attended the BAFTAs on February 16, 2025, because of the latter's film, A Complete Unknown. Jenner wore a sheer, deep-plunging, backless John Galliano gown from Dior's spring 1995 collection. Chalamet kept it simple, wearing a custom black suit from Bottega Veneta. They finished off their look both wearing the matching Cartier panthère rings.

Ella Citron-Thompkins from Diamond Factory gave some expert tips on how to style the popular trend this year.
“Matching diamond rings are a timeless way to celebrate the ‘seeing double’ trend, especially for couples. A sleek solitaire design can symbolize unity, while eternity bands with matching details reflect shared milestones. If 2025 is the year of a milestone anniversary for you and your loved one, or perhaps you are renewing your vows, matching diamonds is the most luxurious way to celebrate and show your affection," Citron-Thompkins said.
If rings are a bit too traditional, fret not because there are other options. “Layered necklaces with identical or mirrored diamond pendants offer a chic, symbolic look that's perfect for the trend," Citron-Thompkins added. "Matching friendship bracelets are also perfect to show synchronicity with you and your best friend, all whilst being glamorous. If you and your best friend have different tastes in jewelry, you can choose to use your birthstones, horoscopes, or preferred metal so that it isn’t completely identical but still has the same jewelry design if you want it to be slightly different.”
If you want to take it to the next level, think of coordinating sets. “For a bold take on the trend, consider matching earrings or complete diamond jewelry sets with coordinating designs," Citron-Thompkins said. "Choose pieces that mirror each other, like identical studs or complimentary styles in varying sizes, allowing each person to reflect their individuality whilst staying in sync.”
