Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are reportedly still together despite rumors going around that the pair could have broken up. Speculation about a potential breakup between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce started after Swift notably skipped Kelce’s recent NFL games.
The “Fortnight” singer usually makes headlines for supporting Kelce every time she can from the audience — which is often. However, for the past couple of games in Atlanta and Los Angeles, fans started to notice Swift was not in attendance and even began crafting signs to note her absence.
Swift did support Kelce during his first two games of the season in Kansas City, so, of course, breakup rumors followed after people noticed she decided to skip the last two games. However, fret not because sources close to the couple who spoke to TMZ confirmed all is good between Swift and Kelce.
The source claims the reason why Swift has been unable to join Kelce at his away games is because she’s gearing up for the final leg of her mammoth Eras tour, which will kick off in Miami, Florida, on October 18. Swift is reportedly currently rehearsing for her upcoming shows. (ICYMI: the tour will come to an end on December 8 in Vancouver, Canada.)
Speaking to Page Six, another source close to the couple also explained it’s difficult for Swift to attend the Chiefs’ away games because of security concerns. “If she is going to a place that isn’t [the Chiefs’ own stadium] Arrowhead, there are security concerns,” the source revealed.“She has worked with Arrowhead so many times, they feel at ease and comfortable. Going to all kinds of different stadiums, you need to send a team in advance.”
