Taylor Swift's Eras Tour documentary series, The End of an Era, has arrived at its release date: on Dec. 12, fans will at last get to see the making of Swift's historic tour.
Swift went on Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce's New Heights podcast back in August and shared several pieces of interesting information (largely about her 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl). One of the most exciting? The official Eras Tour documentary, which fans have long speculated would happen eventually.
Well, that time is here. The new documentary will conclude the Eras Tour and show the interworkings of pulling off such a massive feat. Over 3.5 hours of stage time, Swift brought to life highlights from her entire discography, and also introduced a new segment when The Tortured Poets Department came out. That's a lot to unpack, and the theatrical concert film and coffee table book haven't told the whole story just yet.

“I miss it, but it was perfect for what it was," Swift said of the Eras Tour on the New Heights podcast. "It was a lot of physical therapy and perpetual physical discomfort…The heels for that long…Travis and I compared physical therapy stories.”
