A woman who I am genuinely shocked is not my mother is suing Starbucks because their iced drinks have way too much ice in them.
According to Courthouse News, lead plaintiff Stacey Pincus (who is somehow not the woman who gave birth to me, Susan Duca), is waging a $5 million claim against the coffee chain on account of the fact that their "cold drinks are almost half ice."
A portion of the formal complaint (available via Courthouse) reads as follows:
Previously, my mom has said, "It's all ice! How are they charging so much when it is all ice?"
