Sadie Sink is ready for a new chapter, and what better way to mark her next era than a fresh set of bangs? The Stranger Things star, who officially said goodbye to her onscreen character Max Mayfield, showed off some truly adorable brand-new bangs before her appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

We don't know for sure what the impetus was for Sink's foray into bang-world, but we do know that they were cut and styled by Tommy Buckett, who often works with the actor and prepped Sink's hair for the late-night show. Buckett cut Sink's bangs long and wispy in a curtain style, giving her lots of styling options if she wants to wear them pushed to the side or straight across. Sink's new bangs fall past her eyebrows and blend beautifully into the rest of her signature red hair, which Buckett styled in easy, effortlessly cool waves that fell over her shoulders.

For Sink's Tonight Show stop, her stylist Molly Dickson dressed her in a black top and trousers, both of which were vintage Claude Montana pieces, plus a pair of classic black pumps. Makeup artist Mary Wiles went for a soft, fresh look with a peachy-pink blush and rose pink lip combo.

Stranger Things may be over, but Sink has some exciting projects on her plate, including a movie adaptation of her Broadway play John Proctor is the Villain, which she is set to executive produce. She's also got a role in the highly anticipated Spider-Man: Brand New Day, though details have been kept extremely secret thus far.
