As we’ve all learned Sabrina Carpenter has been known to share her thoughts, and it seems she’s now sharing her style with one popular puppy-stealing Disney villain. 101 Dalmatians antagonist, Cruella de Vil, was clearly on Carpenter's mood board for her latest look.
The “Espresso” singer was seen out in New York City on December 5 for a screening of her Netflix special, A Nonsense Christmas. Carpenter wore a black and white furry two-piece coat and mini skirt combo that felt like an elevated and younger reimagining of De Vil. And while it may be 20 degrees in NYC, Carpenter isn’t bothered in the least, still letting her legs walk free, even wearing an open-toed white furry heel. She finished off the look with her signature barrel curls and a full makeup beat with a red lip to boot, making it feel festive.
Carpenter notably has a lot of fun with her fashion. Whether you see her as a Polly Pocket or Bratz-coded fashion girly, she is always leaning into fun outfits that show off her personality and provide a little risqué vibes to the finished product. Whether that be through her makeup and hair or the actual clothes, she’s able to give a bit of spice that sartorially is a lot of fun to look at.
After a sold out tour across the United States, she’ll be taking the short n’ sweet show outside of the U.S. where we’re bound to get even more fun corsets and sparkly looks to be raving about. But for now, we’ll be obsessing over all the Christmas looks set to be in her Netflix special.
