The couple that does skin care together, stays together… at least in the case of Sabrina Carpenter and Barry Keoghan. The singer and her rumored boyfriend may have walked the red carpet at the legendary Vanity Fair Oscars after-party separately — except for that iconic joint pic — but their pre-party skin care routines were right in sync.
Celebrity groomer Christine Nelli and makeup artist Carolina Gonzalez were responsible for glamming up the duo, and both used his-and-hers Cetaphil products on the stars before the carpet.
“Barry's look was inspired by Hollywood chic, so we kept his skin glowing and his hair a bit messy with some shine,” Nelli shared of Keoghan's Vanity Fair vibe. “I really wanted to focus on radiant skin and styling his hair with more movement, less control.”
Nelli washed Keoghan's face with Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, which she loves because “it's non-stripping and will provide a clean slate.” Once his face was cleansed, Nelli massaged in Cetaphil Healthy Renew Face Serum to “rejuvenate” the skin, then dabbed on Cetaphil Healthy Renew Eye Gel Serum to Keoghan's under-eye area. The finishing touch was Cetaphil Deep Hydration Skin Restoring Water Gel, which Nelli used to lock in hydration for a long night of celebrating.

Gonzalez also relied on Cetaphil for the foundation of Carpenter's signature glowy glam. “All makeup looks should start with hydrated and healthier-looking skin,” she shared. First, she applied Cetaphil Deep Hydration Skin Restoring Water Gel to Carpenter's bare face. “Not only does this prep the skin, but it also makes it much easier to apply makeup when it’s hydrated,” Gonzalez said.
She also applied Cetaphil Healthy Renew Eye Gel Serum around her eyes, then followed with Cetaphil Healthy Renew Face Serum to hydrate, calling it “the perfect canvas for makeup.”
Lucky for us, we got to see those glows in action at the party, including the lovey-dovey pics of the pair in the VF photo booth.
