If you have been hunting down Labubus all over town, we have some excellent news for you: POP MART is launching a brand-new limited-edition collectible figurine and campaign with the beloved creature — and restocking some all-time faves.
In case you have been living under a rock, Labubu is one of the characters featured in POP MART's The Monsters collections. She was created by Hong Kong artist Kasing Lung in 2015, and has exploded in popularity this year. BLACKPINK member Lisa is one of the many celebs and influencers who have been seen showing off not only her Labubus but also her love for her Labubus loudly and proudly.
Labubus might be in high demand, and POP MART's newest campaign takes it to the net level. Today, November 22, POP MART is launching its "Unleash Your Inner Athlete" campaign with the slogan "More than a sport, it's a way of life." According to a release by POP MART, the new campaign "taps into the global trend of fashionable sports." (Because you know we all want to look cute while exercising, plus we are still in an Olympic mood!)
The pièce de résistance anchoring the campaign is the Labubu Rhythmic Gymnastics Figure, which features 180° rotation for a dynamic display, as well as silver sparkle and metallic paint finishes — perfect for the holiday season, especially if you are looking for a gift for that Labubu-pilled friend. ('Tis the season for gifting, after all!)
To celebrate the new campaign and until November 29, POP MART will be launching an interactive memory game on its official website, with prizes up for grabs. Fans can snag up chances to buy the limited edition figurine with game participation and purchases.
If you are not a fan of the figurine, fret not because the company will also be restocking some returning favorites from The Monsters series, so keep an eye out if you (or a loved one) are a fan. Some of the collections coming back are the Lazy Yoga series, the Almost Hidden series, and the classic plush flower bag, among others.
