This is already shaping up to be the summer of Nick Jonas. Between a new album, out June 10, a co-headlining tour with Demi Lovato, and the return of his show Kingdom, he's going to be very busy. But now add this to the roster: his movie Careful What You Wish For is coming to theaters June 10.
If you're wondering when he had the time to film a movie on top of everything else he's been doing, allow us to explain: the film, which also stars Isabel Lucas and Dermot Mulroney, was released internationally in 2015, but its U.S. release has been held up for a while. (That's why Nick's hair is noticeably longer than the buzz he's been wearing lately.)
He stars as Doug, a working-class guy trying to make it through the summer. But things get way more intense — and way more dangerous — when he meets Lena. The two become involved, but there's a major catch: Lena is married to a shady investment banker. Of course, things only get more terrifying from there, as a strange death occurs in the town. Did you want an exciting summer, Doug? It's as the title says: be careful what you wish for.
(Unless you wished for shirtless Nick Jonas because there's plenty of that in this trailer.)
