The late '90s called, and Megan Thee Stallion answered. Everyone’s favorite hottie decided to treat her Instagram followers, showing off her latest haircut together with a full-blown Y2K outfit that will surely keep the fashion nostalgia resurgence alive and well.
The Y2K aesthetic has taken over the lives of Gen Z and most of TikTok, so it’s no wonder Megan tapped into the fashion moment with a fall take on the aesthetic.

In her new photo dump, the 29-year-old rocked a new pixie cut hairstyle, the pinnacle of ‘90s ’dos. Megan's take on the retro pixie had a bit of a mullet vibe, being a tad longer in the back than a traditional pixie cut, which added a layer of fun to the hairstyle for those not fully ready to commit to the chop.
Megan also donned a butterfly tattoo at the center of her chest and it doesn’t get more Y2K than that! While we cannot confirm if the tattoo is real or temporary — we are leaning towards the latter— it completes the look and aesthetic she’s so clearly going for.

Makeup-wise, Megan wore purple eyeshadow with a sharp and long-winged eyeliner moment. Keeping the staple 2000s beauty moments, she lined her lips in brown and stuck to an ombré pink in the middle and a shiny gloss on top. She added in some oversized hoop earrings for good measure and showed off her belly button piercing while wearing a sheer button-up shirt, only having one button actually put in place.
She finished off the look in ultra-low-rise pants featuring whale tail-style straps and a large letter M connecting the pants. The entire look is such a vibe, and surely, many fans will be recreating it soon. She might already be the queen of Halloween, but Megan Thee Stallion is also the queen of this aesthetic and we’re going to need several more looks with this haircut.
