Maitreyi Ramakrishnan is making her Oscars debut! The Never Have I Ever Star proved that her high glam is just as good as her cosplays at the Oscars 2024.

While Maitreyi Ramakrishnan has notably attended the Vanity Fair Oscars after party the last few years, this is the first time we're seeing her at the main show. To grace the 2024 Oscars red carpet, Ramakrishnan wore a black and white floor-length princess gown.

The dress, a piece from Zuhair Murad's spring-summer 2024 ready-to-wear collection, brought the glamour Oscars night requires. Ramakrishnan kept it simple with her accessories, wearing a pair of diamond drop-down earrings with her signature nose ring. As for beauty, she went for a subtle glam moment, styling her hair in a chic, messy updo with rosy cheeks and a nude lip.

This is a first in the Ramakrishnan Oscars book but certainly not a last. In 2022, for the aforementioned after party, she wore a stunning gold Stella McCartney column gown covered in sparkly beading. In 2023, she returned to the red carpet with a simple black mermaid gown adorned with a silver cut-out neckline and cap sleeves from Christian Siriano.

Throughout her career, Ramakrishnan has never been afraid of shining on the red carpet. As it so happens, one of her go-to styles for major events seems to be sparkly and shimmery statement pieces. And when she’s not on a red carpet or at a photocall, she’s still serving style inspo. She even made Donatello from the Ninja Turtles fashionable with a super creative cosplay. Her Spirited Away corset also understandably earned plenty of praise.

Whether at Comic Con or at the Oscars, expect something special from Maitreyi Ramakrishnan!
