Lucy Hale just hit us with the second beauty surprise of the day. Earlier today, the Pretty Little Liars actress dyed her hair close to platinum blonde. Today she also posted an Instagram photo of herself looking like she just walked off the pages of The Great Gatsby. Channeling her inner Daisy Buchanan, Lucy had her hair pinned in finger waves, just like a real flapper.

She also wore glitter eyeshadow and dramatic false lashes to amp up the glam factor. We also can’t help but notice her bold lips and perfectly arched brows. On Instagram Lucy’s been posting with the hashtag #waitingonroxie all day, so we can assume she’s working on a secret project. Judging by the photos, we can’t wait to see what it is.
