Olandria Carthen has great style. The Love Island USA breakout star has been dressing up on the red carpet in couture gowns, taking on trends while attending events like the US Open, and of course, showing off her chic personal style on her social media.

In an Instagram post shared Oct. 25, the self-proclaimed “Bama Barbie” posed for the camera in a structured white short-sleeve minidress, bedecked with classic gold buttons and a black velvety bow at the collar.

“Perfectly Poised,” she captioned the photos.

While it looks like a dress now, the outfit is actually a romper from Miss Circle New York that was turned into a dress by Carthen's stylists and tailors, Matthew and Reginald Reisman, according to a post from the brand. At the time of writing, the romper is sold out, but usually retails for $189 on their website. The brand also offers other similar dresses including this maxi dress with a white bow and this polka-dot bodycon one — so you can still get a similar look.

Carthen paired the look with classic black tights and pointed toe stiletto pumps, so it was very much giving “high tea with a sexy twist.” She wore her hair down in a shoulder-length cut, with a deep side part and voluminous curls, and paired the look with a neutral acrylic manicure and faint hints of jewelry, including gold rings and large stud earrings.

The reality television breakout star has also been known for her glam, going viral during her time on Love Island USA for her makeup looks, but for this tailored piece, she kept it classically vampy with apple-tinged blush and black winged eyeliner, with the focus on bright red lips.

The star has become known for her sophisticated-but-sultry looks, whether it's a gown featuring unexpected lingerie elements or a tweed blazer set but with micro shorts. She's also begun making moves in the fashion space, making her runway debut at New York Fashion Week in September at the Sergio Hudson show, and walking in the Raising Cane's runway in a brand-aligned red chiffon dress.

Carthen wore the Miss Circle custom minidress to attend ZCON, a conference hosted by United Talent Agency that's for and about Gen Z digital culture and trends. Other stars like Moana star Auli'i Cravalho and Pretty Little Liars' Chandler Kinney were also in attendance.

“Post vila, obviously, life changed immediately,” Carthen said during a panel at ZCON. “I had this humongous platform, so I was like, ‘You know what, I kind of want to be here for a while.’ When looking for a team, I always expressed to them that I wanted to have longevity in my career. I want to look back 10, 15 years from now, and I’m still living off this very moment. I wanted Olandria to be a household name. I really wanted a team that had a clear strategic direction.”
