When Kesha took the stage to perform "True Colors" during the final few minutes of Zedd's first hourlong Coachella set, it was a major moment. The singer has been battling her record label, Kemosabe Records, and her former producer Dr. Luke, since October 2014. Though she alleges that Dr. Luke abused her, multiple courts have turned down her plea to be freed from her contract. Parent company Sony has also said they cannot legally terminate Kesha's contract.
A number of fellow artists have voiced their solidarity with Kesha, including Zedd, who offered to work with her on new music if she wanted to. And now it seems that she's taking him up on that offer, as the DJ posted a photo featuring the two of them in the studio together.

There's no denying the rainbow hair peeking out from under the same hat Kesha wore at her Coachella performance. But it's unclear if they were actually working on new music together, and if or when we'll hear it. For now, let's hope the magic of Coachella guides her on.
