Kendall Jenner Reveals Why She Keeps Her Life as Private as Possible

There's no doubt that the Kardashian Klan live their lives quite publicly, but Kendall Jenner has always been a little more reserved — especially on social media. The model only just joined Snapchat in March of this year. Now, Kendall recently revealed on her website the real reason why she doesn't open up as much as people want her to. Here's what she has to say:

Living in the public eye can both build and test your confidence at the same time. Everything I do, everything I post and every picture that's taken of me is judged by everyone. Getting papped all the time and having my picture posted everywhere is not always fun.

And not every picture is going to be a good one. I make a weird face or turn the wrong way and, of course, that's the one they'll use! Those can be hard to look at, and they don't always make me feel the best.

Of course, the positive feedback I get from people makes me feel SO good and my work itself can be a huge confidence boost. But we're always our own worst critic. It's a strange situation, for sure, but I try to remind myself not to be overly judgmental.

Though nobody will understand exactly how it feels to be her, always in her spotlight, it's always good to be reminded that celebrities are human too — and even Kendall isn't immune to judgy people and negativity. Don't worry, Kendall, we think you're pretty fab just as you are.
