Julia Fox is done dating men she hates — and men altogether. In a TikTok post shared on Monday, the actress and fashion muse seemingly confirmed her lesbian identity, through a viral TikTok trend stitched video. In Brat summer style… that’s so Julia.
The trending video starts, “I love when I see a lesbian with their boyfriend. It’s like, ‘Aww, you hate that man.'” Fox’s stitched video adds, “Hey, that was me. I was that lesbian. So sorry, boys. Won’t happen again.”

Fox has recently shared more thoughts about her evolving sexuality. In an appearance on the now-canceled Showtime talk show Ziwe back in 2022, she admitted to considering dating women. “I think I have a gay bone and I need to explore that a little bit more. Like maybe my ex-boyfriends weren’t wrong when they were calling me a lesbian,” she quipped.
And then in May of this year, she chimed in in the comments on a bizarre ad campaign from the women-centered dating app Bumble that told its user base: “A vow of celibacy is not the answer.” Fox pushed back in defense of celibacy, admitting she had been celibate for more than two years and had “never been better tbh.”
Fox’s memoir Down the Drain, which she shared last October, offers more in depth insights into her life and sexuality, exploring experiences with objectification, assault, trauma, and more.
