Wonyoung of K-pop girl group IVE is starting 2024 off the same way she ended 2023: with Miu Miu! The Korean idol, who serves as a brand ambassador to the Italian luxury label, just dropped new photos of herself modeling the brand's new limited edition, titled Miu Miu Upcycled collection, and it's safe to say the Canadian tuxedo just got a 2024 upgrade.
In the series of Instagram photos, Wonyoung wore a matching set from Miu Miu Upcycled. She's pictured in the five-pocket denim jeans, a pair of dark-wash wide-leg navy pants, and the embellished denim top, a matching bralette with beading arranged in the shape of flowers.
This collection is the fourth edition of the brand’s Miu Miu Upcycled initiative that began in 2020 “to uphold the precious nature of vintage clothing and encourage circular design practice,” per a press release. In order to create this line, the brand collected jeans dated before the 2000s from experts around the world. Taking their weight, color, fading, and original seaming into consideration, the denim was reconfigured into new clothing pieces.

Denim was chosen as the material for this collection due to its long-lasting durability, but the embroidery is also a key feature of the design. It’s the same style spotted on the spring-summer 2022 runway, which was inspired by 1950s house couture.
Keeping it simple to let the outfit shine, Wonyoung accessorized her jeans and bralette from the collection with just a pair of black patent pump loafers. However, she did stick to her signature beauty routine. She let her long, wavy hair down, with her feathered bangs framing her face and highlighting her winged eyeliner and fanned eyelashes. For a pop of color, she wore a baby pink blush and a pink mauve lip gloss.

This is just the latest Miu Miu look Wonyoung has worn recently. On New Year’s Eve, the K-pop idol shared a set of photos of herself in the snow, wearing a collared leather dress from Miu Miu and high heels with socks. She carried a silver Wander Matelassé Nappa Leather Hobo Mini-Bag with another micro version of the purse attached to it.
