If you're currently having a case of the Mondays, because it's Monday, then you've come to the right place. Sure, it's early afternoon, and you’re probably ready to give up and go back to bed. But before you do, here are 11 things to make you feel a bit better about your least favorite day of the week.

1. New week = new goals!

A fresh start can bring motivation to start a new workout plan or maybe try that no-carb diet everybody’s been raving about. Even if you go from paleo for breakfast to SpaghettiO for dinner, you def lost at least a few ounces… Worth it!

COFFEE IS SO DELICIOUS AND EXCITING AND NOT ONLY HELPS YOU JUMP START YOUR DAY BUT ALSO STARTS YOUR WEEK WITH ENERGY WHICH CAN SOMETIMES MAKE YOU TYPE IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE YOU CAN’T CONTROL THE VOLUME OF YOUR KEYBOARD.

3. Debriefing on the weekend.
