Today, the hashtag #GrowingUpaGirl started trending, and much like any good internet phenomenon, it went from innocent enough posts about losing hair ties and bobby pins to somewhat more feminist territory, comparing (to hilarious, yet simultaneously disappointing effect) the female experience to that of men.
