Between back-to-back shows, subway sprints, and necessary rest stops, Teen Vogue editors proved once again that covering New York Fashion Week is a busy few days. That doesn't mean personal style falls to the wayside, though. This season, our team's outfits felt like a playful mix of popular fashion trends the internet cannot get enough of, nostalgia-core, and unexpected pairings, all while keeping it cool and mobile across Manhattan.
Camo pants were a top choice, styled with suede button downs; Accessories were where things got extra fun with Pop Mart’s Cry Baby and Labubu keychains dangled off bags; Western wear made a showing too, cowboy boots being a very popular Teen Vogue staple.
Editorial Assistant, Skyli Alvarez wore a ton of vintage, some pieces she thrifted in Chicago and others from basement closet sales. She took inspiration (literally) from her mother's closet, stealing a few pieces like her pleated dress. Versace, Marc Jacobs, and Saint Laurent were a few brands she wore, all vintage finds as well. Associate Editor, Aiyana Ishmael wore notable size-inclusive brands like Eloquii, Shop Babes, KAI Collective, and SIZED. She also leaned into her Southern roots with Tecovas and accessories from Charleston-based brand HART. Associate Video Director, Amalie MacGowan wore popular brands like Sandy Liang, Balenciaga, and With Jéan.
Fashion week is a time for editors to see exactly into the minds of all our favorite designers, to see the worlds they're building and the designs they're using as a vehicle to tell that story. It's a chance for all of us to be inspired to play more in our closets next fashion season. Here's everything the Teen Vogue editors wore to New York Fashion Week this Spring-Summer 2026 season:
