Formerly known as the Screen Actors Guild Awards, the SAGs are now the Actor Awards presented by SAG-AFTRA as of this year. The Actor Awards, still voted on by the 160,000+ members of the guild, celebrate the best in film and television, and are an important part of the road to the Oscars. They'll take place on Sunday, March 1, at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, and will stream live on Netflix.
Storrie and James united on Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2025, to deliver the Actor Awards 2026 nominations on Netflix's YouTube channel. The pair had instant chemistry: “Gonna give you a few seconds to gaze at us,” James quipped. Storrie even referenced his fun YouTube history, which has been circulating over the past few weeks, and his meteoric rise. “Eight months ago I was literally waiting tables, so this is pretty wild," he said. "Now instead of reading specials, I'm reading nominations.”
