A day later, on July 28, Emma Chamberlain and Peter McPoland were seen together attending the artistic gymnastics women's qualification at the Bercy Arena in Paris.
July 14, 2024: Emma Chamberlain lists an anonymous credit in one of her vlogs
On July 14, 2024, Chamberlain uploaded a new vlog called "the duality of me" from her time in NYC in May, around when she and McPoland were spotted together in the city, and fans noticed a mysterious credit in the video's description, which reads "filmed by emma chamberlain, michael chamberlain and …"
In the video's ending credits, she was even more mysterious, writing, "Filmed by Emma Chamberlain, Michael Chamberlain & some shall remain anonymous."

When Role Model put out his song “Deeply Still In Love,” many interpreted the song to he about Emma Chamberlain and, in the lyrics, Role Model implies the lover he sings of is in a new relationship. “Well, I heard you might've found somebody new / I still can't swallow it / But I think I'm proud of you,” Role Model sings in the verse, a snippet that has since gone viral on TikTok.

During an appearance on the Zach Sang Show, Peter McPoland mentioned Emma Chamberlain after being asked about the decision to include her YouTube clips in the music video for "Blue," which he said was just his "YouTube recommendations."
"I am a big Emma Chamberlain fan, and so I just think, like, if I ever met her, would I tell her about that video? And I don't think I would," McPoland said. It's embarrassing to me now."
