When Cha Eunwoo appeared in Calvin Klein’s fall 2024 campaigns, layering was the focal point. But for his new spring campaign with the American brand, the South Korean singer and actor pared it down.
Photographed by Dai Yamashiro, the spring 2025 campaign shoot captures Eunwoo over a cityscape and in the studio, wearing streetwear-inspired looks from Calvin Klein. He wears fan favorites like the 90s Straight Jeans, Jersey PD Wash Tee, and the signature logo waistband, in addition to showcasing classically chic looks like the Refined Blazer and edgier pieces like the Monogram Jersey Muscle Tank.
Following the release of the new campaign and its warm reception, we got some behind-the-scenes pics and asked Eunwoo five of our most burning questions about modeling, style, and his dog.
Cha Eunwoo: I’ve always liked Calvin Klein’s products, including denim jeans, and Calvin Klein is a brand I’ve been familiar with since I was young. It was exciting to work with them, and I had a lot of fun during the shoot.
Eunwoo: Sometimes, I get a little tired during shoots, so I bring Dongdong with me occasionally because she’s my ultimate mood booster. This time, I got to shoot with her, and it made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s always great having her around.
Eunwoo: Since I love everything I do, I don’t see it as work — I just enjoy it. That makes it easier to find a natural balance.
A: I make the most of any free time I have by doing things I haven’t been able to do or simply spending time with Dongdong, my doggy, to recharge.
A: Calvin Klein is well-known for its jeans, so of course, I love them. But their shirts and coats are also beautifully designed. My favorites are the Striped Cotton Poplin Button-Down Shirt and Two-Tone Mac Coat that I wore in this campaign shoot. They’re perfect for daily wear in the warm spring weather.
