BLACKPINK's Rosé is having a busy week. Not only is the star gearing up for the release of her first solo album, rosie, on December 6, but she's also starring in her first campaign for Puma to promote one of this year's hottest sneakers: the Speedcat.
Puma, who announced BLACKPINK's Rosé as its newest brand ambassador back in June, unveiled new images and videos for a new Speedcat campaign ahead of the album's release. The campaign, shot by Javier Castán, features both videos and images showing Rosé under the desert sun rocking Puma gear completed by a pair of Speedcats in black.
Aside from rocking the style for the campaign, Rosé has also been seen wearing the style, more recently while taking on the skirts-over-pants trend while meeting fans in Seoul, South Korea.

Puma brought back the Speedcat from its archive earlier this summer to celebrate its 25th anniversary. The style, featuring a racing-inspired silhouette, has been gaining massive popularity lately, gaining the stamp of approval of not only Puma ambassadors like Rosé and Dua Lipa but also fashion influencers from around the world who have flocked to the retro style to give their outfits a sporty retro flair.
Given the surge in popularity, it's been almost impossible to find Speedcats online at all since they are often immediately sold out. But Rosé's campaign also signals change as Puma is restocking both the red and black styles of the shoes, alongside a new shade called Pink Blush, all around North America via Puma.com and the Puma mobile app. If you are more of an in-person shopper, the Speedcat is also making its way to the Puma NYC and Las Vegas flagship. And if you are not in North America, the style will also hit additional Puma retailers globally.
