Ahn Hyo-seop just made his Met Gala debut! The K-drama actor stepped out in a custom Valentino on the Met Gala red carpet.
His look consisted of a sequined black and gold-patterned suit with a silk gold shirt underneath. He topped it off with an elegant red scarf and gold-studded shoes. His suit also features a traditional button, which ties the look together for the “Fashion Is Art” theme.
Ahn Hyo-seop has had quite the busy 2026! He’s currently starring in the SBS TV K-drama Sold Out on You as Matthew Lee/Lee Hae-seok alongside Chae Won-bin, Kim Bum, and Go Doo-shim. The Business Proposal actor also recently made his Oscars red carpet debut when he appeared with the cast of KPpop Demon Hunters as the voice of Jinu. His red carpet look was a drastic contrast to what he’s wearing now, with a simple suit accompanied by an ever-so-trusty handheld fan to cool down the Los Angeles heat.
Speaking of Kpop Demon Hunters, Ahn Hyo-seop’s co-stars also made their long-awaited debuts. EJAE, who is the singing voice of Rumi, made her Met Gala red carpet debut in a gorgeous silver dress adorned with Swarovski jewels. Audrey Nuna, who is the singing voice of Mira, appeared in a splattered black and white suit with a matching hat. It’s quite the opposite of the “Golden” image we’ve seen in the past, but the outfits largely nod to their Korean heritage.
Not to mention, several K-stars are joining Ahn Hyo-Seop at Fashion’s Biggest Night. Met Gala veterans Rose, Lisa, Jisoo, and Jennie of BLACKPINK just strutted the steps once again. Ahn Hyo-seop actually reunited with Jisoo on the carpet after starring opposite each other in the 2025 K-drama Omniscient Reader. KARINA of aespa also emerged in a custom Prada hanbok. Safe to say, all the Korean stars are rocking out with the cultural looks tonight!
