Ahead of the release of the singer's holiday special, A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter, we have been getting plenty of presents — in the form of teasers, of course — but the latest takes the fruitcake.
To commemorate the last stop of Carpenter's Short n' Sweet Tour on U.S. soil before she heads to Europe in the new year, Netflix dropped the trailer for the long-anticipated show, teasing plenty of guests, outfits, and fun headed our way very soon.
Produced in tandem by OBB Pictures and At Last Productions and directed by Sam Wrench, A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter was first announced in September 2024 and will be a Christmas special like no other — all crafted by the superstar making NSFW part of the holiday menu this year. If you thought A Nonsense Christmas would be a one-woman show, you couldn't be more wrong. Sabrina Carpenter will have multiple special guests throughout the show, including guest performing artists, comedic cameos, and what Netflix is teasing as “unexpected duets" — not to mention dancers.
On the performance side, we know that Carpenter will link forces with Chappell Roan, Tyla, Shania Twain, and Kali Uchis. Other guests include Quinta Brunson, Cara Delevingne, Kyle Mooney, Nico Hiraga, Megan Stalter, Sean Astin, Owen Thiele, and Jillian Bell.

What song will Sabrina Carpenter perform in A Nonsense Christmas?
Well, the fun of it all is not knowing exactly what the show has in store. While the full setlist is being kept under wraps, we do know Carpenter will be mainly performing songs from her 2023 holiday EP Fruitcake, which you can listen to below and, yes, includes a holiday-themed remix of her hit track “Nonsense,” hence the show's name. Per Netflix, she will also cover chart-topping holiday classics, so you can officially start feeling festive now.
