Taylor and her friends hit the after-party circuit (after she changed into a custom Balmain outfit, of course) and they celebrated her three wins for Best Music Video, Best Pop Vocal Album, and that Album of the Year the way only Tay's squad knows how to do...a.k.a., like true rock stars.
