Whether it’s Sephora’s VIB (maybe even Rouge?) or Ulta’s Ultamate Rewards (likely both), you waste no time signing up for memberships at your favorite beauty shopping hot spots so you can start racking up rewards and discounts for what you know will be countless purchases (between this and any newsletters, you’re also the first to know when new products come out).
3/11You know your products…
“Orgasm” and “Better Than Sex” are part of your everyday vocabulary, and you know two shades are never alike. After all, you can spot the difference between M.A.C’s “Ruby Woo” and “Dangerous” from a foot away (which is why you don’t take too kindly to the woman at the counter trying to offer you a similar shade once your go-to has run out).

And you are trying a lot of things these days. Between those insider alerts (back to #1), newsletters, and following a handful of beauty bloggers, vloggers and other experts, you’re always coming across something new and exciting. Whether you have to skimp on your morning coffee or take on a part time job to afford that ombre or new Marc Jacobs fragrance, you’ll find a way to try it yourself.
7/11And beauty FORO.
Right up there with your fear of missing out is fear of running out. Once you’ve tried and found yourself falling for a game-changing product, it’s not uncommon for you to purchase it on auto-delivery (a popular service from companies like QVC and HSN) or buy in bulk. If you hear a rumor that it’s in high demand or may — gasp! — be discontinued, you’ll go the distance (whether physically or by looking for it on sites like eBay) to ensure you have a good supply.

Or makeup drawer. As a result of your love of trying the latest and greatest, you often have several products within the same family in rotation (or, as a result of FORO, in reserve). They can call you a beauty hoarder all they want if it means you’re free to love and behold as you please.
