Recreate Nicole Richie's Brilliant Blue Makeup Look From The Golden Globes
Matching your eyeshadow to your outfit can be tricky, and when that color's pale blue, it's just that much harder to get it right. Celebrity makeup artist Beau Nelson is giving you the basics on using a blue hue on your lids. It can be gorgeous if applied correctly—just look at Nicole Richie at the 2013 Golden Globes!
Nelson let the designer's pale blue Naeem Khan dress inspire the bold makeup look. Nicole's bronzed and glowing skin and pinky nude lips were the perfect canvas for the star of the show, her metallic pale blue eye makeup.
