Beauty Guru MissGlamorazzi on her 'Make Me Over' Debut
If there's one area where you'd want MissGlamorazzi in your corner, it's beauty. The vlogger's YouTube channel has over one million subscribers, with each of her videos garnering nearly as many views. But she's not in it for the glitz. In fact, MissGlamorazzi is always trying to spread a little bit of her sparkle around. As a host of the AwesomenessTV YouTube show Make Me Over, she's helping girls all over the country feel more confident about themselves by bringing out their best assets. Maybe it's finding your own sense of style, or a haircut that makes you feel fierce. Sometimes just a little makeup lesson is all it takes! And MissGlamorazzi is here to help.

It's definitely helped me be really comfortable in front of cameras. I've never done any kind of hosting before, but it comes pretty naturally because I'm used to talking to a lens. Now it's just a lot more fun because I actually have a ton of people around me that I can interact with!
How do you think a makeover can help teens to feel better about themselves?
A lot of girls struggle with feeling confident, and at the end of the makeover, the smiles on their faces, the reactions from friends and family, and the tears are real. They're venturing off into high school or college, such completely new worlds, and the makeovers we give them provide the confidence they need to take on these adventures.

I've never had a full-on makeover, but I have had pretty much every variation of bangs. I remember going from no bangs to a full fringe and it changed my look completely. I really liked it. It was something new and different. They're a little bit more maintenance, but I've really enjoyed having them.
If you could get a makeover from any celebrity, who would it be?
Lauren Conrad. I would die! She's one of my biggest style inspirations. I just love her laid back California girl vibe. I think she does everything really well as far as beauty goes. I would probably pass out if I could get a makeover from her!

Clueless! It was probably one of the first movies I ever saw that had a makeover element. I still watch it at least a couple times a month, every month!__
What essential beauty products and tools do you use in your makeovers?
We just try to enhance the girls' natural features, so we use neutral eyeshadows, create really glowing and healthy-looking complexions, and with the hair you never really know. For the first episode of this season we cut Sydney's bangs a little and she ended up loving them. We ask the girls what they're looking for and then we try to make it work for them.

Right now I really love the original Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment. I’ve been using that every single day. And I always have bobby pins and hair ties in my bag. I’m someone who tends to play with my hair a lot so by the end of the day it gets kind of greasy. I’ve been wearing my hair up in a high ponytail or a bun and I’ve realized that it actually works really well for going out at night. It keeps my hair out of my face! I also have a headband in my bag that dresses things up a little bit. And I always have powder or blotting sheets because I get super shiny.
What advice do you have for a teen who feels nervous about changing her look?
Go for it! I know sometimes it can be a little bit scary, and I was definitely somebody who was nervous to try different things, but after I’d experimented with a few new trends I became more adventurous. It’s really about finding what works for you. Trying something different doesn’t mean that you have to completely lose your personal sense of style!
