Breaking: Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth's Engagement Is Reportedly Back On

The former costars and exes were seen hanging out together in Liam's native Australia for the holidays — with his whole family, no less. (Miley even canceled a concert appearance to stay down under, and we don't really blame her.) And then, over the weekend, it happened: Miley was seen wearing the engagement ring he gave her a few years ago.
And according to new sources, it's legit. They're engaged again.
People magazine is reporting that "it might seem sudden, but they have been very close for the past few months," trying to work out whether they wanted to rekindle their relationship. And now that they're giving the romance another go, "Miley is beyond happy to be engaged to Liam again."
The source also said that "Liam never liked how exposed his life was with Miley," and that the singer is "making changes for their relationship to work." It has been a while since they were together, and they've both grown up a lot. But she's still just being Miley, and we suppose the odds were in Liam's favor.
