There is still a tremendous amount of energy in the area of your chart that deals with intimate relationships. That means that your besties and your bae’s are still a hot topic for you. We’ve all got to learn how to deal with conflict when it arises and you still aren’t being let off the hook with this lesson. What are you learning from your closest encounters? What are you learning about your boundaries in relationships? What are you learning about what you need from others?
You are allowed to need what you need. You are allowed to feel what you feel. You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to say that you don’t know. You are allowed to take your time and get back to folks when you’ve had a minute to think and feel your way through an issue. You aren’t on anyone else’s clock. Be on time for yourself. Be willing to say the things that you need to say in relationships even if it means rocking the boat or upsetting the system that you are in with another. It’s so social. This season is all about who you are rolling with. This month is all about what you can learn from your friends. May’s new moon (on the 6th) is all over what kinds of hopes and dreams you have for yourself, for your community, and for the world that you wish to build. It wants you to get to know your community and to open to those that you can work with.
What kind of collaborations are you wanting to contribute to? If you could partner on a creative project, who would you want to collaborate with? If you could hang out with any group of people who would it be? Are you in need of new energy in your social life? Do your friendships need more attention? Do you need to be around those that you have more in common with? If so, what can you do to help that happen? Don’t wait for the perfect people to surround you, do what you can do to put yourself in situations this month that will have you in circumstances that could introduce you to likeminded folks. If you are already surrounded by those you love, make some extra time for the friends that you know you could build a new world with.

This is the best time for you to take your creative energy and pour it into something that you can bring to the world. For you, May wants to help you become more aware of the assets and talents that you have. May wants to help you feel more at home in the world. May wants to help you become more well-known. May also requires that you continue to seriously hone your craft, whatever that may be. Take your hobbies for serious. Take your pastimes to the office. Try something new. Risk your reputation when it’s worth it.

There may be a couple of twists, you may be required to go with the flow and follow the turns that you didn’t plan for but these unexpected departures are bound to lead to hidden treasures that will help you go further than you originally planned.
Keep open. Keep exploring different ways of looking at life. Refuse to pin yourself down. Any time that you think that you know what life is, what it will bring, or what you want from it, forget it. This month asks you not to give too much of yourself away, not to those who don’t respect what it is you are giving. This month might ask you not to please others so much if it does not also please you. Remember that your ancestors were probably witches that tucked secret powers into your DNA to be discovered by you. Discover your connections to the past so that you can bring them into the present. Remember the good parts of your childhood. Remember what you love about your family, even if to love them is a difficulty. There is still a lot of action in your 11th house of friends and groups of folks you get down, with but home is where your heart is this month; get fed there before you go out on the town.
