This weekend, her family greeted her with a beautiful lunch, then she jetted off to Coachella with her BFF Taylor Swift, and last but not least...boyfriend Zayn gifted her an epic cake.
It's safe to say, she had her cake and ate it, too. (Technically, Gigi had multiple if you count Taylor's cake on the plane.) To top it all of, she made all of her other birthday wishes come true on a trip to Disneyland!
