But for Demi Lovato, allergies did not get in the way of her and her new hairless cat, which she cleverly calls Hairy-Ette.
As she shares in a series of Snapchat posts, she's not letting a swollen face keep her from her new baby. Just be careful, Demi — your tour is just around the corner!
(OK, but in all seriousness, though: If you're allergic to something, make sure you follow your doctor's instructions — whether that involves avoiding it or taking medication for it!)
