3/7Why did you decide to start a personal style blog?
I discovered Chictopia, and saw people posting their daily outfits and DIYs. I really liked the creativity and inspiration, and I wanted to be a part of it.
What’s the story behind the name?
I made it up without even thinking about it! Within five minutes, I had set up a Chictopia account and a Blogspot using "Cocorosa." When I started, I had no idea it would become so big.
What’s the best part of being a blogger?
The opportunities! It still seems surreal, being flown all over the world for photo shoots and fashion shows, and having my face on Zara T-shirts and in magazines and books. It’s amazing being able to make a living from my blog.

I like to mix romantic pieces with edgy ones, but I really just wear what I love—no rules!
What inspires your wardrobe?
Other bloggers actually really inspire me.
What are your favorite fashion blogs?
I love Wish Wish Wish, Park & Cube, 5 Inch and Up, and Alice Point!

5/7What's your first fashion memory?
When I was really little, my mother used to make a lot of my clothing. I mid and matched everything on my own as a four-year-old. I looked like a little Bohemian toddler!
Who are your favorite designers?
I really love Phillip Lim, and my newest favorite is London-based designer Brooke Roberts.
Where do you like to shop?
Everywhere! Shopping in New York and London is amazing. I love the consignment shops in New York, like INA and Tokio7, and I love diving into Topshop in London.

6/7What are your most-worn pieces of clothing?
My Free People black skinny jeans and my H&M menswear-inspired trousers.
What look would you like to see make a comeback?
Sleepwear forever, pillows included! And secretly I wouldn't mind full-blown Marie Antoinette dresses.
What would you like to see disappear?
I'm really open-minded when it comes to clothing and trends, but I do hate Croc shoes and ill-fitting jeans on men.

7/7How do you photograph your outfits every day?
I have friends and family who help me with the pictures. It's hard in the winter because it gets really cold and rainy, but I do my best.
What camera do you use?
I have a Canon 5D Mark 11 with a 50mm lens.
What do you do when you're not blogging?
Eating, sleeping, hanging out with friends, going to events, and the occasional boy chase!
