When and why did you first decide to start your channel?
I started my channel two years ago when I became completely fascinated with the beauty guru community on YouTube. Megan, from MeganHeartsMakeup, was the beauty guru who planted the first seeds of inspiration. My love for makeup, fashion, hair, and skincare drove me to finally post my first video!
What’s your beauty philosophy?
As cheesy as it sounds, I mostly get my inspiration from everyday life. I like wearable makeup and neutral colors that can be worn on a day-to-day basis.

Besides vlogging, what's a typical day like for you?
If I'm not at church, I like to start my day off early and ercise. Then, I'll head over to my athletic club and lounge around the pool. I also take classes there, like yoga, pilates, and spinning. I really enjoy living an active lifestyle. I also attend youth group at my church, play soccer, and shop. Also, basically half of my day is spent on my Instagram, breelovesbeauty—I'm obsessed!
What's your favorite hairstyle to create?
A simple fishtail braid. It's perfect for lazy mornings and it livens up any outfit!

What was the hardest tutorial you’ve ever filmed and why?
Definitely my Adele tutorial because I couldn’t seem to get the lighting right. It took me over four hours to film and even longer to edit. But in the end, it turned out to be my favorite tutorial I’ve ever filmed!
How do you balance your daily life with running your channel?
It’s extremely challenging to find a good balance between friends, church, family, school, and YouTube. I’ve found that planning is essential. I have to pre-film videos so that I can keep my channel constantly updated. Very rarely do I film a video and have it up that same day.

What's in your makeup bag right now?
I always have my Arbonne Lip Saver with SPF 30! Besides that, I carry around the Mai Couture Lavender Blotting Sheets, Covergirl LashBlast Volume Waterproof Mascara, my eyelash curler, and a lipgloss.
What three beauty products do you find yourself buying over and over again?
Whenever I run out of my Arbonne Lip Saver, I need to repurchase it. It's so hydrating and gives a gloss-like finish. My Inglot Makeup Remover Wipes are also essential because they take off all my makeup and leave my face feeling clean. My last must-have is the Urban Decay Eyeshadow in Sin—it's my go-to shadow!

Do you have advice for a reader that wants to start a channel?
My best advice is to prepare before you even create your channel. Make your username something that's catchy and easy to remember. Find a good quality camera and tripod and figure out where you're going to film. Then, create a video uploading schedule. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
