The Best Eyeshadow Palettes of 2017
This year, you couldn’t go a week without the launch of a new eye-catching eyeshadow palette you just had to get. Fenty Beauty broke the internet with its inclusive shade range and then stunned us with its limited-edition Galaxy palette that includes 14 glitter-packed shades. Huda Beauty followed up the popular Rose Gold palette, which is now being discontinued, to make room for the even more popular Desert Dusk. Too Faced released some of the year’s most creative shadows — the newest one being Chocolate Gold, a combination of twelve rich metallic shades. And then there were ColourPop's impressive collaborations this year with the likes of Karrueche and the iconic franchise, My Little Pony, which included gorgeous eyeshadow sets.

Too Faced's recent Chocolate Gold collection has been getting a lot of buzz, and for good reason. The Chocolate Gold palette has a fun mix of metallic and matte shadows with cute monikers like, ‘New Money,’ a bright pink, and ‘Famous,’ a true gold. In recent years, Urban Decay has been expanding their universe beyond their signature Naked palettes to create products like Heavy Metals. The head-turning hues come in a range of shiny metallic shadows with vivid color payoff.
