Michael Jackson wrote his autobiography in 1988, before his life became the subject of intense media scrutiny and his every move was analyzed. It’ll make you long for a New York that existed waaaaaay before you were born, and probably spark your desire to create your own kind of art.

Jennifer Lopez is a hopeless romantic and she’s not ashamed to admit it. Her memoir talks about the time in her life when she felt lost; her marriage had collapsed and she wasn’t sure where to go, career-wise. *True Love * is like sitting down with J. Lo and having an intimate conversation about life and love. Obviously, things worked out just fine for her in the end, but it’s nice to see that even celebrities doubt themselves once in awhile.

You’ll drool over the star's slinky gowns and maybe find yourself in the salon chair bleaching your hair to her trademark platinum.
