6 Rihanna Fans Style Themselves With Her Latest Fenty Drop

What’s the best thing about Rihanna’s style? It’s not just that she wears outfits that people immediately want to recreate, but that her style influences you to dig deeper into defining your own personal style. Everything she wears is so effortless because it feels true to her.
Her latest venture with her clothing brand Fenty is all about “drops” every month rather than releasing clothing on a traditional fashion schedule, and in each of the new collections Fenty releases, most recently 8-19, it’s all about standout separates that would look great with another piece from the brand but even better with a piece from your own wardrobe styled by you.
With the help of 19-year-old photographer and artist Sophia Wilson, Teen Vogue called on six Rihanna fans (and overall cool people) to style themselves in her Fenty’s 8-19 Collection, which includes trousers, bustiers, and pointed toe-booties in a jersey grey (sweatshirt, but make it fashion), cozy sweatshirts and turtlenecks, leather skirts and pants, and a over-sized coat to die for. In other words, Ri is ready for fall, and so are we.

It’s such a unique take on a simple dress, the cinching on the side makes it a bit more youthful and allows for you to make it more of a fun look! This dress makes me feel super confident. I typically start with my makeup and then base my outfit off of my makeup! That way if I want to do a fun makeup look i can coordinate my outfit based on those colors! So sometimes I might feel a bit more simple and other times more colorful! I never leave the house without my winged eyeliner! I always make sure to add on all of my favorite accessories too, especially rings! I love adding a fun pop of color with my shoes!

What Do You Think This Look Says About You?
This look says a lot about my personality and who I am as an individual as a whole. I loved how calm and comfortable it looks and how I literally just threw on any piece of clothing that caught my eye putting it together to create a look and being bold and apologetic with it while staying true to my own unique self in the process. Mostly I love the combination of menswear with the oversized trousers and tucked in white tee and then placing a feminine top on top of that to put the look all together.
What’s Your Formula For Getting Dress Every Morning?
Well my formula for getting dress every morning consist of me creating my looks the night before and checking the weather beforehand. I’ll basically vision the look and start out with laying out a couple of bottoms either jeans or pants across my bed or on the floor. Then I’ll find a few tops and place each shirt over a bottom. After I’ll imagine the shoe and place the shoe underneath each of the fit I believe creates the look I’m aiming for. Then finally try on a few of the fits to see which look fits the perfect image that I wanted to go for. Lastly, finding a few accessories such as jewelry and bags to finish up the look.
