Erica Russell is an entertainment journalist, editor, and producer based on the East Coast. She has written for MTV, Billboard, Harper’s BAZAAR, Bustle, Teen Vogue, Glamour, V magazine, and Interview, among other publications, and specializes in pop culture analysis, nostalgia, and global pop music (including J-pop and K-pop). In 2019, she helped “Break the Internet” with her viral BTS cover story for PAPER magazine. She has been interviewed by The Japan Times as well as BuzzFeed News.Erica got her B.A. in communication with an emphasis on digital communication, information, and media from Rutgers University. When she's not typing away, she can be found on her pink couch, binge-watching Real Housewives, horror movies, and Studio Ghibli films alongside her cat.
